As a Working Foreman Robotic Galvanising Line, you are responsible for operating and monitoring a fully automated, robot-controlled galvanising line. You ensure the galvanising process runs efficiently and without disruptions. Together with a fellow operator, you actively manage the process by setting up the line correctly, closely monitoring process parameters, and intervening immediately when deviations or malfunctions occur.
Quality is central to your role. You perform structured quality checks and work according to established standards and procedures, including ISO and IATF. Both simple and technically complex products pass through the line, and you ensure they meet all product specifications. You carefully record measurement results and accurately register production data in SAP, where precision and discipline are essential.
In addition to operating the line, you perform first-line maintenance. This includes visual inspections, identifying irregularities, and independently resolving minor technical issues. You follow predefined maintenance protocols and contribute directly to the continuity of the production process.
You also actively contribute to process improvements. The team works according to LEAN methodologies, and your input is highly valued. You participate in improvement initiatives and help optimise workflows to continuously increase line efficiency.
